I started hardcore raiding at the end of BC. I was core in a top 100 US guild on my holy pally. I completed all hardmodes up through ulduar. I then had to take a hiatus because of sports. I tried playing casual cata and a bit of MOP but was not a fan of it, and ended up quitting. I came back for WOD to play with my RL friends. I was originally tanking on a new paladin, but then my RL friends quit. I found it rather hard to find a guild, regardless of my prior exp (since i had no definitive proof) as a tank, so i re rolled a hunter, because they are OP and a vital raid component. I joined cantaloupe with my buddy who i used to raid with in WOTLK. They were a fresh group of 6 guys who just xfered to sargeras. We made 8. We started recruiting and eventually moved into mythic after a couple months. Well, its been really hit or miss with them, because we have a strong group of about 13 now, but we keep getting large clique groups joining, make some progression, then randomly leave. 1 step forward, 2 back. This has caused a few of the original members to get discouraged and quit outright, and the rest of us to begin looking elsewhere
8: What guilds were you previously in? Under what circumstances did you leave? Details are important.
Well, I have been with my current guild since the start of WoD. I quit and sold my account back in WOTLK, so i had to restart from the ground up since all my hard mode achievements and proof were gone. Anyways, current guild has been having trouble securing people for mythic. Players come in cliques, rage out, and log out as we are forming the raid. Our core of 12-15 is losing motivation, and a few of them quit the game outright. As of today, our GM has called it quits, and i am in need of a new home

Mastery > ALL (pure pet damage increase) I may start playing with haste to increase dps on aoe fights
b. What is your standard rotation for your current role?
open with prepot and pre trinket, start precasting cobra shot a 2 seconds, cast again for steady focus, then BW, stampede, FF if any stacks, then kill command. Single target Priority is any CDS > KC > Barrage > Focus Dump > Cobra shot(Steady Focus up). 2+ targets CDS > MS (beast cleave) Barrage > MS(beast cleave) > repeat(fillers)
15. Please describe a "Recent" raid boss that really demonstrates how you have gone above and beyond your current role. This may involve using a special spec, non standard rotation, or non standard glyphs. If possible, link parse of you doing this.
I do not really have anything spectacular recently. We were doing mythic progression and my parses on my 3 total kills were not anything I would gloat about. I guess the best thing is I do rarely die to or get hit by stupid crap which is essential in progression. My SV parses are nice, but even with that, parses mediocre as BM is more DPS.
16: At the start of a fight, a single debuff is applied to one person. This debuff lasts 60 seconds. Upon expiration, the debuff kills its target and jumps to two new people. Assuming you are in a 25 man raid, how long do you have to kill the boss?

My current guild that i helped build over the last 4 months has called it quits. I am in need of a new long term home. With that being said, I like to get shit done quickly and efficiently. I have a high level competitive sports background so i know how to be part of a team, and take the steps required for success. I have a previous top 100 US hard core raiding experience on a paladin back in WOTLK for nax and ulduar (all hardmodes completed, realm firsts). I strive myself on not fucking up mechanics, and know what needs to be done to be successful.
21: We're a fun guild with a friendly atmosphere, though we can be extremely vulgar at times. Are you alright with this?

I think question 20 also answers this but ill add a bit more. I am currently going to school/co-oping. I am web developer by trait. When i am not gaming i am working on a new web app (THE NEXT ZUCKERBERG!). I also like to work on my Jeep and go to the shooting range. I have a lot of hobbies and interests, sort of a jack of all trades.
