7: Tell us a bit about your raiding experience since your start in WoW:
I started playing at the start of wrath with a guild called Knights of Utopia. Was a casual guild so I did alot of pugging to get my experience. I cleared all the content at that moment through the same manner, so there weren't any fast clears or anything of that sort. I took my time and enjoyed the game and found out I really wanted to step it up in the next xpac and give a more hard core raiding team a chance. Met a few friends on Alleria where we made a guild called Select Company, ten man, and raided more hard core, going to a three to four day a week schedule and it worked out well. We were somewhat competitive on Alleria and were known to be very solid players. We did clear some current content on Heroic but wasn't until DS where we found our solid team and actually cleared it while it was current. At that moment, the guild decided to disband and move on to other things so I went to Sargeras, knowing it was a larger and more active server. Here I joined up with Solidarity and raided some in the first tier of Pandarea, but it wasn't long when several of the officers broke off and made thier own guild called Pendulum/Delicate Sensibilities. It was in that guild where we did fairly well in cleared ToT and SoO heroic while still current. Now with this xpac, I was unsure about work schedule so I stepped back into casual raiding and now that I am stable with times at work and enjoying this game again, I would like to step back into the more hard core raiding scene.
8: What guilds were you previously in? Under what circumstances did you leave? Details are important.
First started the game with a guild named Select Company, left there at the start of Pandarea since they did not feel like plahying in that xpac, so I came to Sargeras where I randomly just joined Solidarity to get my feet wet on this server. Several of the better players left that guild and asked me to tag along and they made the guild Pendulum/Delicate Sensibilities, which I raided all last tier with, til this xpac where I had a new job and had to step back and join a casual guild because of time constraints.
Slacker Requirements Check
9: Times: Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday / Sunday starting @ 7:30 Server Time lasting until 11: 30 Server time. Sargeras is CST. It is in your best interest to maintain 90% attendance in order to maintain a core raiding position. If you are unable to make 90% attendance, inform us now. Excessive absences and/or being late will result in loss of spot and/or removal. Understood?
b. Loot in Slacker is done using EPGP Loot Master based on factors such as need, Best in Slot gearing, performance. Rank does not come in to play except in the case of trials.
10: Mumble, Microphone, a boss mod are required. Do you have all three?
Yes I do.
b. Other addons required are EPGP Lootmaster and Angry Assignments. Make sure to download them.
11: Do you play on a stable internet connection? We don't need raiders who play on a toaster. A disconnect her and there is tolerable, but constanty disconnecting and lag makes you a liability. Please provide us with a www.speedtest.net result.
I am currently doing this app at my work computer so I will have to provide it when I get home tonight.
Knowledge of Class and Play-style:
12: Please provide us with a screenshot or two of your UI in a recent combat raid environment: I will add when I get home.
13: Provide a link to recent logs in a raid setting. This is absolutely required.
www.warcraftlogs.com/rankings/character/22435/latest/
14: Can you tell us the stat weights you use for gear, gems, and enchants?
Stat wieghts for Hunters are all very close, and as for Gems, I tend to go with multistrike since it works across the board with all three specs fairly well. I dont want to totally gem for one spec, while going with that option really isnt a HUGE dps loss or gain.
Agil - 1.0
AP - .90
MHDps - .74
Mastery - .48
haste - .47
Multi - .45
Crit - .42
Vers - .41
b. What is your standard rotation for your current role?
Frenzy at five stacks or at whatever stacks before Beastial Wrath and during Stampede duration.
Kill Command on CD.
Kill shot when in execute phase.
Barrage
Arcane Shot as dump with enough focus for KC when close to CD expire
Cobra Shot to regen focus
15. Please describe a "Recent" raid boss that really demonstrates how you have gone above and beyond your current role. This may involve using a special spec, non standard rotation, or non standard glyphs. If possible, link parse of you doing this.
Well, as far as this tier goes for me, I know of fiegning death on Maidens to lose the Blood debuff that the tank needs to soak and the Penetrating shot as well, can be lost with that same trick. On Furnace, i need to be ready to purge the shield on the Primal Elementalist. On Blackhand, the tanks should be kited by a hunter, since we do have the best mobility, that I do need to work on, I will be honest, but I will get it down asap.
16: At the start of a fight, a single debuff is applied to one person. This debuff lasts 60 seconds. Upon expiration, the debuff kills its target and jumps to two new people. Assuming you are in a 25 man raid, how long do you have to kill the boss?
Well, I assume you would want to kill with DPS up, otherwise it might take a while with just tanks and healers. Two tanks, five healers and ten dps, it would have to be a four minute encounter before all dps are dead. If it didnt matter about dps having to be alive, it would be a five minute raid wipe.

19: How did you hear about Slacker? Is there anyone here who can vouch for you?
I saw your recruitment on trade chat, spoke with Ram and did an alt run of normal BRF on Monday 3/30/15.
20: Why do you want to join us and what convinces you that you'd be a good addition to Slacker? What sets you apart? <- Money Question, one-liners here reflect poorly… Please think about that.
I do want to join you all since I do like your hours of raiding. From that one night I raided, I was laughing at quite a bit of what was being said on Mumble. I am a pretty quiet guy when it comes to idle chatter, especially being new to the scene. I just soak in what everyone is saying and enjoy the fights and teamwork. I do talk if I need to be vocal in calling out buffs and debuffs and what not when it comes to the actual mechanics of the fight. I know I would be a very good team mate in that i always do what i asked of me and I dont care what job I have to do as long as it gets a kill. Ill be last on overall damage and be happy knowing that I am number one on all the adds that need to be killed asap. I am not there for my own personal shine, but to do what I can to help the team as a whole make it to the next encounter as smootly and quickly as possible.
21: We're a fun guild with a friendly atmosphere, though we can be extremely vulgar at times. Are you alright with this?
Absolutely, its important to have a clear understanding that stuff will be said and its all in good nature. I am not offended with anything anyone would say. Afterall, its just a bunch of people having a good time killing these digital bad guys.
22: It is important that we get to know you more than as just another player. Tell us a bit about yourself.
I am a blue collar kinda guy from Texas that loves to play this game and have been playing for it since Wrath. I am 34 years old, have a nine year old daughter that loves this game as well. I work as a shop foreman for a Miller Beer Distribution warehouse, so i take care of the rigs, trailers and cars everyone here drives. I am sports lover and watch all types, depending on what season it is. I am a Spurs, Steelers and Manchester United fan, being I played soccer growing up, which I still go out and play on occasion. Like I said before, I am a bit on the quiet side, but I am always up for a conversation bout whatever and in game will help in whatever if someone needs a helping hand.
