Slow Motion: Our guild leader refuses to look up his spec, loot is handed out via /roll with raiders snatching up absolutely anything they can regardless if it is a huge upgrade for others. The most annoying human being in the universe is located in this guild. Officers are never online, and when they are raiding are clueless on how to direct the guild or do anything administration like. Terrible players that consistently stand in bad shit are rewarded and never called out for their behavior
Professional Baddies: This guild contained a small collection of decent players, the rest were players who took 20 attempts min to learn mechanics. The officers never recruited and it was put on me as a raider only to do the recruitment. One of the main tanks showed up to every single raid so high he was unable to deal with mechanics, and the one officer was a fire mage who did not know what combustion helper was. He did not know when to use it. The last night of raiding our guild leader decided to pug 15 people (partially to members just dissapearing last minute or not showing up) to try and kill blackhand on heroic. They proceeded to fail horribly and attempted to carry a resto shaman who died to absolutely everything. Noone called him out for it and praised him as someone who is a gift to the world. I did not like that situation and wanted to progress in the game and moved on.

Understood. If anything does happen to come up I know well enough in advance and have the respect to let the proper officers know.
b. Loot in Slacker is done using EPGP Loot Master based on factors such as need, Best in Slot gearing, performance. Rank does not come in to play except in the case of trials. Please confirm that you understand this and it is acceptable to you. Our goal is to benefit raid-wise for progression over personal item levels.
I prefer a dkp type system as it rewards consistancy and doesn't allow favouritism.

14: Can you tell us the stat weights you use for gear, gems, and enchants (please do not copy off websites, demonstrate a decent knowledge of your class/spec)?
Currently I am attempting to stack as much crit as I can. I avoid versa because its just a wasted stat. I place a very high priority on mastery due to the ignite increase from it. I keep haste and multistrike at the same type of priority, favouring neither over the other. I am behind on my haste cap (900) due to only recently getting my 4P. I am working on gaining that while trying to stay over 40% crit. Enchants and gems currently are all crit.
b. What is your standard rotation for your current role (more detail is better)?
Intro: Pot @ 2 seconds. Precast Pyroblast. Apply Living Bomb. I fish for a couple pryo blast crits with fireblast while praying RNG gods proc my 4p, spam the hell out of that when it does proc (If not I am for about a min of 5k ignite tick and pop combust) and when I see a min of 8k ignite ticking I hit combust, spread to nearby targets. Spam fireball, play whacka mole with procs and fish for more pyros with my fireblast. When moving Scorch and Pyro crits.
15. Please describe a "Recent" raid boss that really demonstrates how you have gone above and beyond your current role. This may involve using a special spec, non standard rotation, or non standard glyphs. If possible, link parse of you doing this.
Flame Bender in a pug, I was a fair chunk ahead of the rest of the dps when the tanks both died at about 12%. I managed to kite and tank the boss while the other DPS got him down as best they could. We managed to kill the boss through my blazing speed and blinks. I think that counts? The majority of Prof Baddies kills had me switched to the gaurds as they were not dying and we were struggling, I had to help kill them while the tank attempted to as well. I am not sure if that is a normal strategy or not.
16: At the start of a fight, a single debuff is applied to one person. This debuff lasts 60 seconds. Upon expiration, the debuff kills its target and jumps to two new people. Assuming you are in a 25 man raid, how long do you have to kill the boss?
Under 5 minutes. However with healers getting nailed people are likely to die faster then this, and you factor in brezzes, I want to say about four minutes.

I maintain fantastic attendance and enjoy being able to kill new bosses, I am a talkative person when the timing is right and like to do things outside of raid with new people. I have a passion for pushing new content and am always at the raid door with bells on. I do not mind sitting and I enjoy being able to have the chance to discuss what I can do to improve my character. When I am able I go above and beyond for my guild (as shown with my last guild by the recruiting) to see that we succeed.
21: We're a fun guild with a friendly atmosphere, though we can be extremely vulgar at times. Are you alright with this?
