7: Tell us a bit about your raiding experience since your start in WoW (If any, at least as much as is relevant):

8: What guilds were you previously in (last two)? Under what circumstances did you leave? Details are important.
Transcendent - Current guild. I do not enjoy their raid environment, as it is very relaxed and undisciplined; this has lead to careless mistakes which caused wipes.
Reddit - Just a casual guild I was in while I decided whether I wanted to raid or not. I left to join a guild to raid on a schedule
Slacker Requirements Check
9: Times: Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday / Sunday starting @ 7:30 Server Time lasting until 11: 30 Server time. Sargeras is CST. It is in your best interest to maintain 90% attendance in order to maintain a core raiding position. If you are unable to make 90% attendance, inform us now. Excessive absences and/or being late will result in loss of spot and/or removal. Understood?
Yes.
b. Loot in Slacker is done using EPGP Loot Master based on factors such as need, Best in Slot gearing, performance. Rank does not come in to play except in the case of trials. Please confirm that you understand this and it is acceptable to you. Our goal is to benefit raid-wise for progression over personal item levels.
I understand and accept that if I am not given a piece of loot, it is either BiS for someone else or is better for the team if given to someone else.
10: Mumble, Microphone, BIG WIGS as a boss mod are required. Do you have all three?
Yes
b. Other addons required are EPGP Lootmaster, Angry Assignments, Exorsus Raid Tools. Make sure to download them. Please confirm that you have them downloaded or will download them before accepting a trial position.
I have downloaded these addons.
11: Do you play on a stable internet connection? We don't need raiders who play on a toaster. A disconnect her and there is tolerable, but constanty disconnecting and lag makes you a liability. Please provide us with a www.speedtest.net result.
Yes, I play on both a wired and ethernet connection. I use both to ensure that if one fails, the other is there as a backup
Knowledge of Class and Play-style:

14: Can you tell us the stat weights you use for gear, gems, and enchants (please do not copy off websites, demonstrate a decent knowledge of your class/spec)?
Subtley - Multi > Mastery > Crit > Haste > Versatility
Combat - Haste> Multistrike > Mastery > Crit > Versatility
I main-spec subtley, and am working on a set for combat. As of right now, with the exception of one weapon, I am using all of my subtley gear for combat.
b. What is your standard rotation for your current role (more detail is better)?
Subtley:
Pre Pull
4 sec: Tricks tank that is pulling
3 sec: cast premeditation
2 sec: cast slice and dice
1 sec: pre-pot
Pull (Casts in order of priority)
Vanish Phase (with subterfuge)
Premeditation when available
Ambush to 10CP
Eviscerate (or rupture if <8 sec)
Regular Phase
Maintain Slice and Dice buff
Keep hemorrhage up on target (when find weakness is down)
Keep rupture up on target (5CP)
Eviscerate (5CP)
Backstab (filler)
Shadow Dance + Shadow Reflection Phase
Premeditation
Rupture (if <8 sec)
Eviscerate (5CP)
Ambush (filler)
As subtley, I do my best to keep my find weakness debuff on the target. To do this, I cycle through each phase and ambush as much as possible, prioritizing Shadow dance phase > Vanish phase > regular phase while not overlapping the debuff
15. Please describe a "Recent" raid boss that really demonstrates how you have gone above and beyond your current role. This may involve using a special spec, non standard rotation, or non standard glyphs. If possible, link parse of you doing this.
When I realized I wanted to raid and push progression, I knew I would have to be good at combat, as well as one of the other single target specs a rogue has to offer. This became very apparent when I was sent into the crowd on the Kargath. I switched from subtley to combat, and preformed very poorly. It was at this time I realized I needed to not only be proficient at my single target spec, but my class's cleave spec too.
16: At the start of a fight, a single debuff is applied to one person. This debuff lasts 60 seconds. Upon expiration, the debuff kills its target and jumps to two new people. Assuming you are in a 25 man raid, how long do you have to kill the boss?
After 1 min: 1 dead
After 2 mins: 3 dead
After 3 mins: 7 dead
After 4 mins: 15 dead
After 5 mins: 31 dead
You would need to kill the boss in less than 5 minutes. This is assuming no battle resurrections are sent out and the boss does not kill anyone else with it's abilities.

19: How did you hear about Slacker? Is there anyone here who can vouch for you?
Through trade, and word of mouth.
20: Why do you want to join us and what convinces you that you'd be a good addition to Slacker? What sets you apart? <- Money Question, one-liners here reflect poorly… Please think about that.
I feel like I would be a good edition to the Slacker team because I am a goal-driven person. The goal is to kill bosses and progress. With this in mind, I constantly check to see whether my class has changed. I run simulations to optimize gems and enchants to get the most out of my class and gear. I would be a valuable member of the team because I do more than what it takes to learn as much as I can about the raid environment, and my class. I pay heavy attention to detail while experiencing and watching fights, as to do my best during encounters.
21: We're a fun guild with a friendly atmosphere, though we can be extremely vulgar at times. Are you alright with this?
Yes.
22: It is important that we get to know you more than as just another player. Tell us a bit about yourself.
I am from the west coast of Canada, currently attending school in Bloomington, Indiana studying finance and accounting. As a college student I am pigeon-holed into a stereotype of someone who parties 5/7 days of the week and is barely functional. However, I am a competitive powerlifter back home and take very good care of my body. This doesn't stop me from enjoying myself from time to time, but allows me to have mostly every night free. With a commitment to a team such as Slacker, I would not prioritize other things over a predetermined commitment.
