Basic Character Information
1. Character Name (and please include battletag):
Character name: Visxalz
BattleTag: Visions#1230
2: Class:
Hunter
3: Current Server
Sargeras
4: Primary Raiding Spec
Beast mastery
5: Offspec (Every core raider is expected to be proficient with at least one other viable spec)
Marksman however I can pay survival at a respectable level as well.
6: Give us a link to your armory. Make sure to log out in PvE Equipment:
us.battle.net/wow/en/character/sargeras/Visxalz/simple
7: Tell us a bit about your raiding experience since your start in WoW (If any, at least as much as is relevant):
I've been playing wow casually since TBC however I didn't started raiding seriously until WOD. During the years prior to WOD I played World of Warcraft intermittently and only cleared raid content with pickup groups. The only relvent raiding experience i have would be 10/10H BRF and clearing Highmaul.
8: What guilds were you previously in (last two)? Under what circumstances did you leave? Details are important.
Baleful:
I joined Baleful during the launch of Worlds of Draenor, I was eventually benched while i was in this guild because i was unable to play during the start of raiding due to getting sick with pneumonia for a few weeks during key raiding time.
BloDM: I joined this guild and cleared Blackrock Foundry with this lot And while i do enjoy raiding with them I plan to leave because I'm interested in finding a guild in which raids at least 3 times a week as opposed to the two nights a week we currently raid. Furthermore I'm looking for a guild that is slightly more active as my current guildmates only log on during raiding hours and then proceed to log off accordingly.
Slacker Requirements Check
9: Times: Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday / Sunday starting @ 7:30 Server Time lasting until 11: 30 Server time. Sargeras is CST. It is in your best interest to maintain 90% attendance in order to maintain a core raiding position. If you are unable to make 90% attendance, inform us now. Excessive absences and/or being late will result in loss of spot and/or removal. Understood?
Yes
b. Loot in Slacker is done using EPGP Loot Master based on factors such as need, Best in Slot gearing, performance. Rank does not come in to play except in the case of trials. Please confirm that you understand this and it is acceptable to you. Our goal is to benefit raid-wise for progression over personal item levels.
I agree.
10: Mumble, Microphone, BIG WIGS as a boss mod are required. Do you have all three?
I have all three.
b. Other addons required are EPGP Lootmaster, Angry Assignments, Exorsus Raid Tools. Make sure to download them. Please confirm that you have them downloaded or will download them before accepting a trial position.
I will be downloading these.
11: Do you play on a stable internet connection? We don't need raiders who play on a toaster. A disconnect her and there is tolerable, but constanty disconnecting and lag makes you a liability. Please provide us with a www.speedtest.net result.

14: Can you tell us the stat weights you use for gear, gems, and enchants (please do not copy off websites, demonstrate a decent knowledge of your class/spec)?
Currently the stat priority list for beast mastery hunters is Mastery > Haste > Multistrike > Crit > Versatility
Similarly the stat priority for Marksman hunters is Crit > Multistrike > Versatility > Mastery > Haste.
Since I will be trying to gear towards being able to play multiple specs I will be trying to prioritize Multistrike and mastery. Multistrike because it is useful both for Marksmanship hunters as well as Beast Mastery hunters, and Mastery because it is the main stat for Beast Mastery which is my primary spec.
b. What is your standard rotation for your current role (more detail is better)?
I follow the priority list tht can be found on Icy-Veins.com. My priority list goes as follows.
1 Kill shot and kill command share priority for me
2 Bestial wrath
3 Focus fire provided frenzy stacks are at 5
4 Barrage
5 Arcane shot to avoid focus capping
6 Cobra shot to build focus
This is a slightly more condensed version of the priority list i follow and changes situationally
15. Please describe a "Recent" raid boss that really demonstrates how you have gone above and beyond your current role. This may involve using a special spec, non standard rotation, or non standard glyphs. If possible, link parse of you doing this.
In the last raid boss I logged, I glyphed aspect of the cheetah this was during Blackhand heroic. the reasoning behind doing this is it allows me to move faster without the fear of getting dazed during demolition, this extra movement speed allowed for me to avoid as much of the damage for large debris as possible. Aside from this I usually just use the usually hunter mechanics where possible to make fights easier for example during Iron Maiden I'd feign death during Penetrating shot.
16: At the start of a fight, a single debuff is applied to one person. This debuff lasts 60 seconds. Upon expiration, the debuff kills its target and jumps to two new people. Assuming you are in a 25 man raid, how long do you have to kill the boss?
The raid would wipe after 5 minutes assuming there is no way to manipulate, control or counter this debuff.

19: How did you hear about Slacker? Is there anyone here who can vouch for you?
I saw Alyriana Posting in trade chat.
20: Why do you want to join us and what convinces you that you'd be a good addition to Slacker? What sets you apart? <- Money Question, one-liners here reflect poorly… Please think about that.
I want to join a Serious raiding guild that plans on progressing through current content at a respectable pace. I know i'd be a good addition to Slacker because first and foremost my goal is to progress through BRF, I'm able to play my class correctly while learning new mechanics and I'm willing to take advice and criticism as well as be benched for certain fights provided that somehow would allow for the guild to progress, If it were a game play issue on my end I'd be happy to talk about the issue so that i can practice and correct it so i wouldn't be holding the guild back.
21: We're a fun guild with a friendly atmosphere, though we can be extremely vulgar at times. Are you alright with this?
yes
22: It is important that we get to know you more than as just another player. Tell us a bit about yourself.
I've been playing wow on and off since TBC and I've dabbled in most everything from PVP for PVE however until recently i have never really tried to raid seriously. I Recently joined a raiding guild in which raids 2 nights a week and is progressed 10/10H and manged to down Blackhand after having 3-4 personal attempts at Blackhand heroic.
I'm aware that I don't have the most stellar application however I feel that if you were to give me the opportunity to trial with you guys I wouldn't fail to impress you.
