The guild I’m in I have raided in for about four months, and we’re 5/10 mythic at the moment. I used to be a PvP player, where I was a multi season gladiator including being top 10 US resto druid in the world for nearly all of season five, #1 at every comp I was playing in the US, with ratings capping out in the upper 2800s.
While I have not raided much before, I know my shit.
8: What guilds were you previously in (last two)? Under what circumstances did you leave? Details are important.
I’ve only raided in this one guild since January, but I have attended every single raid and never even been late. Many other people in the guild seem incapable of doing that however, leading to raids being canceled very often. In addition, many of the players are dogshit and the huge upheaval of people coming in and out is frustrating. Despite that, I stayed until it disbanded, which it’s going to soon unless some miracle happens.
Slacker Requirements Check

I really just play this game all day, I can make those times.
b. Loot in Slacker is done using EPGP Loot Master based on factors such as need, Best in Slot gearing, performance. Rank does not come in to play except in the case of trials. Please confirm that you understand this and it is acceptable to you. Our goal is to benefit raid-wise for progression over personal item levels.

10: Mumble, Microphone, BIG WIGS as a boss mod are required. Do you have all three?

I currently have small lag problems only some nights in the beginning of the night, but I play through it and it’s not usually a big deal. I’m also moving in a couple weeks so that problem will be fixed as well.
I also lag on exclusively hanz and franz for whatever reason, that fight fucks my FPS. No other lag on other fights.

14: Can you tell us the stat weights you use for gear, gems, and enchants (please do not copy off websites, demonstrate a decent knowledge of your class/spec)?
For demonology, mastery is by far the best stat, with crit and haste being roughly even. Affliction has haste as the best for pure single target with mastery very close by, but mastery being better if there are ever more than one target. Destruction has mastery and crit pretty much even. As a result, I gem and enchant mastery so I can play the optimal spec for each fight. I balance out the remainder of my gear between crit and haste to work best for demo, which wants a good balance, and to allow myself to play the other two specs with good itemization.
b. What is your standard rotation for your current role (more detail is better)?

15. Please describe a "Recent" raid boss that really demonstrates how you have gone above and beyond your current role. This may involve using a special spec, non standard rotation, or non standard glyphs. If possible, link parse of you doing this.
On beastlord, I time when I go demon form to fury dump based on when the spears come down and the adds come up, allowing myself to always get dooms and corruptions on all the spears right away. This added fury generation gives me a big damage boost, along with extra corruptions for chaos wave procs. As a result, I rape this fight. I do cool shit on other fights too.
16: At the start of a fight, a single debuff is applied to one person. This debuff lasts 60 seconds. Upon expiration, the debuff kills its target and jumps to two new people. Assuming you are in a 25 man raid, how long do you have to kill the boss?
Less than five minutes. Those other guys seemed to agree on that so we'll roll with it.

I don’t miss raids, I don’t die to mechanics, I play every spec to optimize for each fight and I play them extremely well. I res people who die, I summon when people get added to the group, and I use 125 food and augment runes every pull. My parses show that I know what I’m doing, and I have confidence I can be one of the top DPS in your guild immediately upon transferring.
21: We're a fun guild with a friendly atmosphere, though we can be extremely vulgar at times. Are you alright with this?
