Progressive raider since Burning Crusade, finished multiple tiers in the top 100.

Nazgul. I'm still currently a member, but after talking with Sparrow she's convinced me of your goals for the coming tier and I think I'd mesh well with you all. No reason for leaving Nazgul other than my distaste for how they run their groups.
Slacker Requirements Check
9: Times: Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday / Sunday starting @ 7:30 Server Time lasting until 11: 30 Server time. Sargeras is CST. It is in your best interest to maintain 90% attendance in order to maintain a core raiding position. If you are unable to make 90% attendance, inform us now. b. Loot in Slacker is done using EPGP Loot Master based on factors such as need, Best in Slot gearing, performance. Rank does not come in to play except in the case of trials. Please confirm that you understand this and it is acceptable to you. Our goal is to benefit raid-wise for progression over personal item levels.

11: Do you play on a stable internet connection? We don't need raiders who play on a toaster. A disconnect here and there is tolerable, but constantly disconnecting and lag makes you a liability. Please provide us with a www.speedtest.net result.
I'm currently out of town on business and the hotel internet connection isn't a good measure. I never have lag or disconnect issues.

14: Can you tell us the stat weights you use for gear, gems, and enchants (please do not copy off websites, demonstrate a decent knowledge of your class/spec)?
I favor Multistrike and Mastery over all other stats as they scale the highest currently.
b. What is your standard rotation for your current role (more detail is better)?
For multiple target, I apply STDs to one mob and then spread it like wildfire.
For single target, I manage my major cooldowns properly, prioritize Soul Reaper when boss is >45%, keep my diseases applied, use Death Coil whenever my Dark Transformation isn't up or I'm capped for Runic Power. Scourge Strike and Festering strike as my runes line up.
15. Please describe a "Recent" raid boss that really demonstrates how you have gone above and beyond your current role. This may involve using a special spec, non standard rotation, or non standard glyphs. If possible, link parse of you doing this.
I can't think of a specific example in the current tier, I feel like I should always be going above and beyond for sake of progression.
16: At the start of a fight, a single debuff is applied to one person. This debuff lasts 60 seconds. Upon expiration, the debuff kills its target and jumps to two new people. Assuming you are in a 25 man raid, how long do you have to kill the boss? 5 Minutes.

I know my class, I'm not the type of raider to go sit on icy veins and expect to be good, I like to theorycraft and maximize my role on my own and figure out what works best for me. I have a progressive mindset and can enjoy the game while still getting things done efficiently.
21: We're a fun guild with a friendly atmosphere, though we can be extremely vulgar at times. Are you alright with this?
