7: Tell us a bit about your raiding experience since your start in WoW (If any, at least as much as is relevant):
- i ve been raiding in core groups, since i started playing the game (pandaria expansión) with my main carácter, the hunter, i ve just transfer from Quel Thalas, was time for me to enter a more competitive enviroment between guilds. I was always dedicated to my core group, although, it always have same issues and for that reason i needed to pug. The commitment was my strenght, slowly becoming better, learning and getting progress. Ive always try to be better by putting myself in trials in others core guild groups when my last group were disbanded. Keeping myself in the search of guilds that i can learn and improve my skills. Since the release of Dreanor, ive joined my last guild, they put me in trial,.. they were very happy with my performace and my commitment, i am AoTc since late febreury, and im stack since then, because im was no longer raiding in QuelThalas since my core group was disbanded.
8: What guilds were you previously in (last two)? Under what circumstances did you leave? Details are important.
- My last guild was "Ratas Vengadoras" they was one of tops guilds of the realms always, Quel Thalas is not a competitive realm for pve just 3 guilds doing mythic progress, crowded, thtas the reason since last week i ve joined sargeras,since march my guild starting to have troubles and ive been stucked since then , because, 25 man mythic was hard to organized for my guild group our main tank left, followed by 5dps all for personal reasons, practically at the same time, my guild disbanded and few of us come to sargeras to be in a better new "market" i am actually in your guild, Slacker. recomended by friend that just joined you, Dauphin is his characters name.
- A couple year ago i was in another guild name "Unbound" a médium performace guild that for the excatly same reasons get disbanded stop raiding then i move to "Ratas Vengadoras"

b. Loot in Slacker is done using EPGP Loot Master based on factors such as need, Best in Slot gearing, performance. Rank does not come in to play except in the case of trials. Please confirm that you understand this and it is acceptable to you. Our goal is to benefit raid-wise for progression over personal item levels.

- Yes, i used DBM, but i can change to BIG WiGS

11: Do you play on a stable internet connection? We don't need raiders who play on a toaster. A disconnect here and there is tolerable, but constantly disconnecting and lag makes you a liability. Please provide us with a www.speedtest.net result.
- yes, have a stable connection, i play in a pc no laptop with Ethernet conecction no wi fi

As a opener:
- prepot
- Stampede
- Dire Beast
- bestial Wrath
- kill command

in single target(mid fight):
- Focus fire as soon 5 stacks available or trigger as a need for a high dps situación
- Bestail wrath before as son is available - (killshot below 20%)
- kill command (proirity)

- serpeting sting when need focus
15. Please describe a "Recent" raid boss that really demonstrates how you have gone above and beyond your current role. This may involve using a special spec, non standard rotation, or non standard glyphs. If possible, link parse of you doing this.
- I usually take an adjustament for each fight,, depending of the mobility, and the number of targets, as an example .. in a heroic mode thogar encounter, i change to sv using focusing shot for a multi target situación doing damage with pets and leaving dots to the priority targets in the aoe situación.
16: At the start of a fight, a single debuff is applied to one person. This debuff lasts 60 seconds. Upon expiration, the debuff kills its target and jumps to two new people. Assuming you are in a 25 man raid, how long do you have to kill the boss?
- if all tanks and healers wont be affected by the debuff in the early minutes, 4 min, or less guessing that hell of a boss have other hardcore skills

The main reason, i ve come to sargeras is to be in more competitive realm, and i want to be in a better group ,thats the
ugly truth, i know my skills and i know that i qualify for something better, i am new to this realm, ive checked your progress and a copuple of videos and i know that this guild is what i am seeking, i know my dps wont be the best of your core group i am aware of that, maybe it will take time or a few, to beacome a top dps, because in every single raid group i always become, but that is not my asset to your guild, because i know u will always have good dps, so my best value its, that u will find in me a constant person, a player that will put the bennefit of the group instead of the personal bennefit and will encourage people to do so.

i expected no less of that, this is a game, having fun is something important.

i am from Peru, Yes!!, in South America. No!!, we dont live in trees, we do have internet and computers, i want to apologize my english if is not to well, i am just regular guy, Works on day, plays on night, party on weekends, no agro wife nor kids. i like football, not the versión that doesnt play with the foots, cars, hip hop, beer and women .. simple guy! For the Horde! lol
