Starting playing again in 5.4 in the middle of SoO. Didn't really do much progression. Got 14/14N with a guild and just had it on farm. This expac I've been raiding mainly heroic (AoTC Imp + BH) with the guild <Kleenex Factory> and proceeding into early mythic progression. Unfortunately, the guild fell apart last week and now I am actively searching for a new home.
8: What guilds were you previously in (last two)? Under what circumstances did you leave? Details are important.
<Wired> Was kicked for inactivity after taking a break at the end of MoP.
<Kleenex Factory> Left due to falling apart of guild last week.
Slacker Requirements Check

Yep - I can constistently make those times.
b. Loot in Slacker is done using EPGP Loot Master based on factors such as need, Best in Slot gearing, performance. Rank does not come in to play except in the case of trials. Please confirm that you understand this and it is acceptable to you. Our goal is to benefit raid-wise for progression over personal item levels.
My previous guild has done this and I openly accept it as it is highly important.
10: Mumble, Microphone, BIG WIGS as a boss mod are required. Do you have all three?
Yes, Yes and I use DBM but I'm 100% fine with switching to Big Wigs.
b. Other addons required are EPGP Lootmaster, Angry Assignments, Exorsus Raid Tools. Make sure to download them. Please confirm that you have them downloaded or will download them before accepting a trial position.

11: Do you play on a stable internet connection? We don't need raiders who play on a toaster. A disconnect here and there is tolerable, but constantly disconnecting and lag makes you a liability. Please provide us with a www.speedtest.net result.

For Arcane I always gem/enchant Mastery
For gear stat weights I run Mastery-Haste-Multi-Crit-Vers
For Fire currently due to the 4pc I run Mastery-Crit-Haste-Multi-Vers
b. What is your standard rotation for your current role (more detail is better)?
For Arcane - Pre-pot 2 sec before pull and cast Arcane Blast. Build 4 charges and pop CDs and place Prismatic Crystal. Use 2 Supernovas on crystal and AB/Missiles until crystal has little time left, then use AB->PoM instant AB. Then transition into AB/Missiles Weaving until 50-60% mana (depending on haste procs) and pop evo. Then transition into Conserve phase using AB until 4 charges or > 90% mana. Use Missiles at 4 charges or when I have 3 stacks. I line my burn phases up with crystal so I start burn again when crystal comes back up.
Fire - Pre-pot and cast pyro 3 sec before pull. Build ignite (pray to RNGesus that 4pc procs) use inferno strikex2 on MT, combust on another target that ignite was spread to and use IS to spread the combust. Keep LB up at all times / time it when adds come up for maximum damage.
15. Please describe a "Recent" raid boss that really demonstrates how you have gone above and beyond your current role. This may involve using a special spec, non standard rotation, or non standard glyphs. If possible, link parse of you doing this.

Was assigned mainly to AoE but didn't take much avoidable damage (spears etc.) and was top 3 in ST damage to boss. Can't really think of anything else at the moment. Will update later if I can find something else.
16: At the start of a fight, a single debuff is applied to one person. This debuff lasts 60 seconds. Upon expiration, the debuff kills its target and jumps to two new people. Assuming you are in a 25 man raid, how long do you have to kill the boss?

20: Why do you want to join us and what convinces you that you'd be a good addition to Slacker? What sets you apart? <- Money Question, one-liners here reflect poorly… Please think about that.
I'm very patient, my previous guild had a lot of trouble with performance and consistency. I stuck through it and we eventually did end up killing most of the bosses we attempted (apart from Mythic Gruul because the guild fell apart). I'm a fast learner and I'm pretty easy-going, I think I'd be a good part of the team because I can perform well and adjust do different playstyles quite quickly. I had no problem dropping Frost at 660 because Arcane/Fire became optimal. If in 6.2, Frost becomes the better spec I'll have no problem switching over and playing any of the 3 specs. I also have 680 warrior and 665 hunter alts which I can play if ever needed.
21: We're a fun guild with a friendly atmosphere, though we can be extremely vulgar at times. Are you alright with this?
Yep, in the last guild I was in I was made fun of pretty much constantly, I have no problem with vulgarity in the slightest.

I'm a high school senior with quite a bit of free time now that I'm officially going to college. I work as a caddie which is only in the mornings/afternoons so it wouldn't ever conflict with raid times. I'd like to think of myself as a fair and honest person, I don't really speak up unless I have to. I live in New Jersey so thats a fun fact in itself and expect everyone to crack jokes about being a guido (I can assure you I'm not) oh and yeah, I'm pretty tall.
