7: Tell us a bit about your raiding experience since your start in WoW (If any, at least as much as is relevant):I started raiding progression in WOTLK, one of the first guilds on my old server to kill 10 man heroic LK. Then on, I was in semi hardcore guilds through all of cata 10 man heroic, never quite getting server first achievements but always on the top of my server. I took a break through panda land, had too work to much and could't play, then came back in SOO. Drainer progression has been slow. Not for lack of trying, just not having the pool for a strong teams.
8: What guilds were you previously in (last two)? Under what circumstances did you leave? Details are important. Empyrean which was my guild, we were 10/10 heroic by late february, working on mythic progression when we lost 5 players to real life. So, the only option left was to recruit or merge. No mythic content so far into the patch we merged into MWM. After we joined MWM everyone showed up for raid, had a surplus of players, was a raid leaders dream options. That soon changed, again real life things changed, people would stop showing up, which sadly this all happened after our first mythic Darmac kill. Then we all merged to Convert to Raid Omen which is a guild of 13 guilds. Attempting to recruit. It isn't working naturally. SO! here I am applying to a progression raiding guild =D.

14: Can you tell us the stat weights you use for gear, gems, and enchants (please do not copy off websites, demonstrate a decent knowledge of your class/spec)? I use crit, enchants and gems for all of my gear in order for my bleeds to do more damage, however. I am using a multi strike mastery gear over crit gear in most cases. This makes my four piece bonus much stronger, also since most fights in BRF have multiple target it increases my damage done drastically.
b. What is your standard rotation for your current role (more detail is better)? I pre pot, Incarnation of elune king of the jungle, rake, shred twice, or until 5 combo points. Then I will pop TF, and Beserk with Kromog's trinket Rip. Then shred to 5 cp Healing Touch Ferocious bite. Which i will continue to shred to 5 cp, and healing touch into FB, until my rake bleed is at 4 seconds or sooner depending on my energy level. Always making sure to HT rake, and HT rip when possible. While maintaining Savage roar over all. Until 25 percent then I can ferocious bite healing touch, to renew rip, and renew rake and savage roar as necessary, until epics fall from a corpse.
15. Please describe a "Recent" raid boss that really demonstrates how you have gone above and beyond your current role. This may involve using a special spec, non standard rotation, or non standard glyphs. If possible, link parse of you doing this. It was blast furnace just a week ago. A boss i tend to do poorly on, however I was thrashing twice, while maintaining my single target rotation on whatever add i was supposed to attack. Then after my rotation I would multi dot two targets with rake, shred, then TF thrash again. I ended up ending at 35k dps 80 percentile for ferals. Again not great, but a personal achievement I am pleased with.
16: At the start of a fight, a single debuff is applied to one person. This debuff lasts 60 seconds. Upon expiration, the debuff kills its target and jumps to two new people. Assuming you are in a 25 man raid, how long do you have to kill the boss? 6 minutes

I have been a raid leader for most of my raiding career, I help everyone I can with their spec, rotation, raid awareness, in anyway I can. I always try to surround my self with great players, so that I can learn as well. I'm not perfect or the best by any means, but I try and create a strong cohesion amongst raiders, inspiring when necessary, and correcting harshly when forced.
21: We're a fun guild with a friendly atmosphere, though we can be extremely vulgar at times. Are you alright with this? Vulgarity is only as interesting as the content in which it covers. Nothing more awesome than a midget riding a mini horse into the sunset, after having a good romp in a meadow dirty whores.
22: It is important that we get to know you more than as just another player. Tell us a bit about yourself. I am a bread vendor by day, powerlifter by passion. I live in El dorado arkansas and working out is who I am. I also train on the side for extra cash, Since i was 14 years old I have been working out and training in a powerlifting or bodybuilding style of exercise and love it. However due to being a bread vendor I haven't been working out as often as I would like, but adjusting is all part of it. I have a akita/blue tic hound dog who is my world. Her name is annastasia and she's my daughter in fur haha. No kids yet, and don't plan on having any anytime soon, and no ol lady "i.e. girlfriend" to agree me away. Just visitor who do their thing and leave. Hookers, thats right hookers baby. I am a man of many voices and humors sayings, I am not computer savvy whatsoever so some of this application was difficult haha. Also grammar, and english is not my strong suit as you can see here and above. I have a bachelor's in middle school education emphasis math and science. Anything else?
